Return Policy
Products must be returned to us in their unused and original condition and in their original packaging. You must have an RA# when returning. You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items. Items that are returned opened and not in original condition will not be returned to the customer and a refund will not be processed. We are not responsible for shipping charges on the returned item.
When your item is returned you will be credited the original purchase amount minus our original shipping charges to you. Your credit will be issued within 1 to 2 weeks of the day your package is received at our facility.
If you are returning a gift we only allow store credit.
